1. The service

videorepair.pro ("the service", operated by videorepair.pro) provides software that attempts to recover playable video from damaged or incomplete video files. The service performs container and bitstream level recovery: salvaging intact media packets, rebuilding container structure, and reconstructing playable streams where the remaining data permits.

Recovery is not guaranteed. Whether a file can be repaired depends entirely on the damage and the data that survives in it. Some files cannot be repaired at all; others may be partially recovered, with gaps, artifacts or missing segments. We do not promise that any particular file will play, play fully, or play everywhere after repair.

2. Accounts

You must create an account and sign in to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. You must verify your email address before uploading files.

3. Plans, credits and payment

The service offers a Free plan (one repair, one time), a Plus plan (US$9 per month, or ₹899 per month when billed in India, including 15 repair credits per month) and a Pro plan (US$24 per month, or ₹2,399 per month when billed in India, including 60 repair credits per month) as described on the pricing page. Repair credits are consumed per repair attempt according to the size of the video: 1 credit up to 500 MB, 2 credits up to 2 GB and 5 credits up to 4 GB. Stated file-size limits are service limits, not promises that files of that size can be processed successfully or within any particular time.

Credits included in a plan are for use within the applicable billing period, reset at each renewal, do not roll over and have no cash value. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, abuse of the free plan or attempts to bypass usage limits. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Razorpay); we do not store your card details.

4. Acceptable use and your content

You retain all rights to videos you upload. You must only upload content you own or are authorized to possess and process. You must not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes others' rights, or that contains malware. You grant us a limited license to store and process your uploads solely to provide the repair service to you.

Uploaded source files and repair outputs are stored privately, accessible only to your account, and are deleted automatically 48 hours after upload. You can delete them earlier from your dashboard at any time. Storage on the service is not a backup. Keep your originals.

5. Service availability and limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Processing times vary with file size, damage and system load. We may suspend or limit processing for maintenance, security or capacity reasons. We may change or discontinue features with notice where reasonably possible.

6. Intellectual property

The website, software and documentation are the property of the operator or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service. Cancellation mechanics for paid plans are published at launch.

9. Governing law and disputes
