What we process

• Account data: your email address and sign-in credentials (handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see your password).
• Your videos: files you upload for repair and the repaired outputs. These are private to your account, stored only to provide the service, and deleted automatically 48 hours after upload. You can delete them earlier from your dashboard at any time.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive payment status and references, never your full card details.
• Usage data: job history, credit transactions and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data or your videos.
• We do not use your videos to train models or for any purpose other than your repair.
• We do not make your uploads or outputs public or share them with other users.

Retention and deletion

Uploads and outputs are deleted automatically after the retention period. Account and transaction records are kept as long as needed for the service, legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to complain to a regulator. Contact us through our contact page to exercise them. We honor rights that apply regardless of anything else in this policy.
